Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a keen understanding of customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Qualify and nurture leads, identify key decision-makers, and assess customer needs.
Present and sell our products/services to customers, ensuring they receive solutions that align with their objectives.
Manage a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide accurate product information, handle customer objections, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or customer service (B2B or B2C experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and prospects quickly.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000
