Senior Business Analyst/Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct application development meetings to elicit business requirements

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Develop use cases based on customer needs and verify requirements through analysis, testing, and demonstration

- Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, document procedures, and track KPIs

- Manage requirements through review and approval meetings, update project timelines, costs, and objectives

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop actionable solutions

- Work closely with the QA team to prepare test scenarios and manage business and functional requirements

- Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and system design

- Review user reports, acceptance criteria, and provide functional solutions

- Clarify dependencies between modules and ensure seamless integration

Qualifications:

- Over 3 years of experience with full-cycle SAP implementations in the CO-PS modules Project Systems

- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, exhibit goal-oriented behavior, and foster collaborative relationships

- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in German, English, and Spanish at C1 level

- Familiarity with full-cycle SAP implementations from Pre-Sales onwards
