Customer Success Manager (Microsoft CSP)

 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Client’s existing Microsoft CSP customers. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft Commercial Lead and account teams, leveraging your expertise to drive value, enhance operational health, and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Microsoft CSP customers.

  2. Understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points.

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback.

Strategic Alignment:

  1. Collaborate with the account team to align Customer Success plans with account plan priorities.

  2. Develop bookable programs of work that address customer needs and drive positive outcomes.

Value Delivery:

  1. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer value and introduce new areas of the Client’s portfolio.

  2. Provide guidance on Microsoft solutions, best practices, and adoption strategies.

  3. Ensure successful implementation and utilization of Client’s reports and material.

  4. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer engagement.

Customer Advocacy:

  1. Advocate for customers, ensuring their voice is heard.

  2. Champion customer success stories and share best practices.

Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty:

  1. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.

  2. Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.

  3. Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term loyalty for our Client.

About You:

  1. Passion for customer satisfaction and achieving business outcomes.

  2. Interest in the Microsoft technology ecosystem

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  4. Highly organised and able to show initiative.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.

  2. Familiarity with Microsoft CSP programs and solutions.

  3. Preferable: AZ900, MS900

£60,000
