Senior Project Manager
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients and internal projects, ensuring their successful coordination, completion within specified timelines, budget constraints, and defined scopes. Your responsibilities encompass managing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing comprehensive reports to both clients and management. Prioritizing projects within the portfolio and efficiently allocating resources are key aspects of your role.
The Senior Project Manager will engage directly with clients and partners to ensure deliverables align with agreed-upon scopes and budgets. Collaborating with various departments, you will guarantee the holistic fulfilment of each project's requirements by appropriately assigning resources to meet client needs. Additionally, you will serve as an escalation point for other Project Managers, offering training, coaching, and mentoring. In the absence of the Head of Professional Services, you will lead daily stand-ups and participate in Senior Management Team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage and allocate project resources across the portfolio.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs as necessary.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of all projects.
Ensure timely invoicing of payment milestones.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
Identify and cultivate trusted adviser relationships with project and program stakeholders.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the project and program team.
Act as a champion of learning, process improvement, and project management within the company.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree educated in a relevant field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Proven experience in project management with a successful track record in delivering contact centre and telephony solutions to major clients.
Preferably experienced in software development projects.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and spend time away from home when required.
Driving license and own transport preferred.
Knowledge of the Agile methodology is advantageous.
